       The workshops offer great value for the area of Chester, each unit has a W.C, kitchenette and are alarmed, the units are suitable for a number of uses from manufacturing to storage.

     The site is on a grade 2 listed farm in unspoilt countryside and situated in the picturesque parish of Golborne David, just 5 miles from Chester and within easy reach of all major road networks but without the traffic congestion  and parking issues of Chester City centre.   

    This is a gated site with automatic gates opening 9.00am until 5.30pm Mon- Fri, each unit has an independent intercom system where customers can call the individual unit for access, there will be two fobs provided for each unit, but more are available by request and at cost.
